Clarks Fork Overlook Observation Site is located along the Beartooth All-American Highway and provides visitors sweeping vistas of the surrounding Absaroka Mountains and the massive canyon carved out by the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River, a designed Wild and Scenic River.

Directions

From Cody, WY take State Highway 120 north for 16 miles. Turn left onto State Highway 296, the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway. Proceed about 46 miles to the junction with U.S. Highway 212. Turn right onto Highway 212, which is the Beartooth All-American Highway, and continue about 1.7 miles to the Clarks Fork Overlook, which will be on the right.
