Beri ATV Trail #812 begins and ends at Middle Mountain Road, Forest Road 724. Middle Mountain road heads north of Vallecito Reservoir. The trail is popular with Off Highway Vehicles (OHVs).

Directions
From Durango, CO: Take Florida Road, CR 240 until CR 501 and turn north. Follow along Lemon Reservoir until the northeast corner, turning north on Middle Mountain Road (FR 724). FR 724 is seasonally closed during winter months.
