Rosebud Trail #423
The Rosebud Trail #423 begins at the end of Forest Service Road 744.2C, Deadman Road, and ends at an intersection with the Cement Mountain Trail #553. The Trail follows Rosebud Creek through a wide Rosebud Gulch for its entire length. There are stunning views of Cement Mountain from the trail. This trail is a great connector that creates new loops when combined with trails in the Cement Creek and Spring Creek drainages.

Directions
From Gunnison: Travel north on Hwy 135 for approximately 10 miles to the intersection with CR 742, Taylor River Road. Turn east onto CR 742 and continue for approximately 7 miles to the intersection with FSR 744, Spring Creek Road. Follow FSR 744 for approximately 8 miles to the intersection with FSR 744.2C, Deadman Road. Follow FSR 744.2C for 0.8 miles to the end where the trail starts.
