Forest Management Activity on Public Access Routes

Information on this page represents anticipated management actions and activities that are designed to improve the health of our forest and public access, and decrease the risk and severity of future wildfires. Examples of these management activities include:

• Engineering projects such as road repair and replacement of culverts
• Timber management activities such as log harvesting and hauling during active timber sales

Travel within the following areas may be affected due to increased frequency of heavy equipment traveling on forest service roads, delays, or temporary road and area closures. As you are driving on all Forest Service roads, please be aware you may be sharing the road with large trucks and heavy equipment.
