Klatt (Kelly) Reservoir Dam Decommissioning
This project to decommission the Klatt Dam is proposed to prevent failure should the old corroded culvert should a heavy snow or rain event clog the piped causing water to overflow the dam. An excavator would be used to breach it at the outlet.
