How to Propose Title II Projects to the CIRAC:

• All proposals and supporting documentation must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY using the form on this page (above) titled, "2023 Project Proposal Form".  Please read the directions carefully.  Papers copies will not be accepted.   Please submit your proposal to Central Idaho Resource Advisory Committee Coordinator, Amy Baumer at amy.baumer@usda.gov.
• Two formats of the form are provdided as various software has an affect on how the forms function.  Use seperate documents if necessary, please tie the supplement back to the question being answered on the proposal form.
• All proposals must be signed off by the applicable Forest Program Lead for the program area the project covers.  For example - a roads project must be signed off by the Forest Engineer.
• All proposals must be signed off by the District Ranger for the area in which the project is located.
