Order by Phone or MailThe United States Geological Survey's (USGS) most familiar product is the 1:24,000-scale Topographic Quadrangle Map. This is the primary scale of data produced with the greatest detail for an area. USGS Topo Quad Maps are 22" x 27". There are 127 quadrangle maps for the Gila National Forest.

FSTopo Map Products
FSTopo is the Forest Service Primary Base Map Series (1:24,000 scale for the lower 48 and Puerto Rico, 1:63,360 for Alaska) quadrangle maps. FSTopo products cover the USDA Forest Service lands. Quadrangle maps not included in the FSTopo Series may be obtained from the Map Locator & Downloader on the USGS Store or the USGS TNM Download page.
Three separate topographic maps are available. These are 1984 edition maps and they have variable scales (approximately 1 inch = 1 mile) and are printed on a more durable water resistant stock.
Other basic information (area background, travel information, ranger district) is also included, though the Blue Range map is more detailed. Topographic maps can only be purchased in person.
