Directions to the Regional Office

The Regional Office is located at 1323 Club Drive, Vallejo, California, 94592 on Mare Island. Office phone number is (707) 562-8737 or TTY: 707-562-9240.

Although the city is Vallejo, the area is called Mare Island because it used to be the Mare Island Naval Shipyard. The Regional Office is located on a hill toward the southern end, just before the Golf Course.

Mare Island is entered from the north off Highway 37, or from the east off Tennessee Street.

Via State Highway 29 from Napa

Follow State Highway 29 to Vallejo. Turn west on State Highway 37 (aka Marine World Parkway). Go approximately 2.2 miles (crossing the Napa River Bridge), and take the Mare Island exit. Go through the north gate, where the street will become Walnut Avenue. Go approximately 0.7 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto G Street. Go one block to the STOP sign and turn left onto Azuar Avenue (formerly Cedar Ave.). Following the signs to the Forest Service, go approximately 1.6 miles and turn right on Club Drive. Go 0.3 mile up the hill on Club Drive and turn right into the driveway to the Forest Service. If you are a visitor, turn left into the Visitor parking lot. If you are an employee attending a training session, turn right into the Forest Service Training parking area.

Via State Highway 37 from the North Bay or Sonoma/Petaluma

Follow State Highway 37 east toward Vallejo and take the Mare Island exit. Go through the north entrance, where the street will become Walnut Avenue. Go approximately 0.7 mile to the stop sign and turn right onto G Street. Go one block to the STOP sign and turn left onto Azuar Avenue (formerly Cedar Ave.). Following the signs to the Forest Service, go approximately 1.6 miles and turn right on Club Drive. Via Interstate 80 from San Francisco or Sacramento

Take the Tennessee Avenue exit west, and follow it for approximately 2.0 miles, where it will become Mare Island Causeway. After entrance, go approximately 1.0 mile to the STOP sign at Azuar Avenue (formerly Cedar Ave.) and turn left. Following the signs to the Forest Service, go approximately 1.6 miles and turn right on Club Drive. Go 0.3 mile up the hill on Club Drive and turn right into the driveway to the Forest Service. Via Interstate 780 from Interstate 680

Follow I-780 into Vallejo. When I-780 crosses I-80, it will become Curtola Parkway. Follow Curtola Parkway approximately 1.8 miles, where it will become Mare Island Way. Follow Mare Island Way along the water for approximately 0.9 mile, then turn left onto Mare Island Causeway. After entrance, go approximately 1.0 mile to the STOP sign at Azuar Avenue (formerly Cedar Ave.) and turn left. Following the signs to the Forest Service, go approximately 1.6 miles and turn right on Club Drive. Go 0.3 mile up the hill on Club Drive and turn right into the driveway to the Forest Service.
