Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal

Most Region 6 fee sites are not regularly staffed by fee collection or enforcement personnel. At unstaffed sites, pass holders are required to show proof of payment by displaying their pass on a rear-view mirror or dash of their vehicle. For people driving open topped vehicles (e.g. Jeeps, etc) or motorcycles, this is not possible as the pass could easily be stolen. Therefore, one Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal is available for individuals with a valid Annual Northwest Forest Pass or Annual Administrative/Volunteer Northwest Forest Pass. The Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal allows visitors to display proof of payment without leaving their pass unsecured in their vehicle. The same decal is used for both Annual Northwest Forest Pass and Annual Administrative/Volunteer Northwest Forest Passes.

Decal Use
- The decal is only valid at unstaffed per-vehicle fee areas for open topped vehicles.
- The Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal includes the vehicle license number to which it is assigned and cannot be peeled off without destroying it. The decal is non-transferable.
Issuing and Validating
Upon request, one Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal may be issued per Annual Northwest Forest Pass, or Annual Administrative/Volunteer Northwest Forest Pass. Issuance of a decal requires:
- Valid Annual Northwest Forest Pass or Annual Administrative/Volunteer Northwest Forest Pass.
- Photo identification to verify vehicle ownership.
- Vehicle registration for an open topped vehicle or motorcycle that matches the name(s) on the photo identification.
The Annual Northwest Forest Pass Decal is validating by punching same month and year as the pass, regardless of when the decal is issued.
