Helena-Lewis and Clark National Forest 2021 Land Management Plan

 

We are pleased to announce that Forest Supervisor Bill Avey has signed the record of decision (ROD) for the Helena-Lewis and Clark Forest 2021 Land Management Plan (the Plan).  The Plan is now effective.

2021 Forest Plan, FEIS and Record of Decision

The forest plan revision team has completed the 2021 Forest Plan, final environmental impact statement and final record of decision was signed on October 29, 2021.  Please visit the 2021 Forest Plan/Final EIS/ Record of Decision page.

A species of conservation concern (SCC) list was developed at the Regional Office. This process occurred at the same time as the development of the Proposed Action. For more information about species of conservation concern, please go to the RO SCC page.
