Grey Towers provides an inspirational setting with several conference and meeting accommodations. There are indoor conference rooms that accommodate up to 35 attendees, several smaller rooms that can be used for breakout sessions or smaller meeting spaces. Grey Towers also has an outdoor pavilion to host larger groups.

Conference and meeting space information:

  • Space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Maximum number of attendees (indoor): 35
  • Audio visual equipment, including LCD projectors, are available.
  • Lodging is not available at Grey Towers, but the local community has a number of facilities.
  • Please inquire for information regarding interpretative program options for conference attendees.

Cornelia Suite 

The Cornelia Suite is the largest indoor conference room at Grey Towers. Maximum capacity, with chairs and tables or "theatre" style  is 35 attendees.

Sherman Suite

The Sherman Suite, is a smaller conference room that ideally suited with a maximum of 10 attendees with tables and chairs

Pool Terrace

The Pool Terrace is an outdoor facility that is subject to weather and seasonal conditions. It can accommodate large groups with a theater-style set-up or tables-and-chairs.

Dining Room

The Dining Room is available on the third floor of the mansion for conference attendees. The Dining Room is generally available to conference attendees for lunch. It can also be rented out separately as meeting space.
