The Red Rock Pass is a conservation tool designed to protect, enhance, and maintain awe-inspiring landscapes for the American public today and into the future.
Where is a Red Rock Pass Required?
If you leave your vehicle while recreating at a fee site, you must purchase a recreation pass. See fee site locations mapped on page 3 of the Red Rock Recreation Guide

If purchasing a Red Rock Pass online, no printed copy of the pass will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance. If you purchase a Red Rock Annual Pass and no longer have the vehicle associated with the pass, contact the Recreation.gov Help Center and request a modification.
Recreation Pass Options: Red Rock Pass & America The Beautiful Pass
Daily Red Rock Pass $5 one calendar day
Weekly Red Rock Pass $15 seven consecutive days
Annual Red Rock Pass $20 twelve consecutive months
The daily, weekly, and annual Red Rock Pass provide access if you leave your vehicle while recreating at one of the fee sites. However, it does NOT include access to concessionaire-fee sites: Beaver Creek, Call of the Canyon, Crescent Moon Ranch, Grasshopper Point, and state parks.
Grand Annual Red Rock Pass $45 twelve consecutive months
The Grand Annual hangtag pass includes access to fee sites and concessionaire-fee sites: Call of the Canyon, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Grasshopper Point. It is sold only at the concessionaire-fee sites and the Sedona Chamber of Commerce. The Grand Annual is only available as a hangtag; it does not include access to state parks.
America The Beautiful - Federal Recreational Lands Pass Includes access to fee sites. However, it does not include entry to concessionaire-fee sites: Beaver Creek, Call of the Canyon, Crescent Moon Ranch, Grasshopper Point, and state parks.
Fee-Free Days The Coconino National Forest waives recreation pass fees to celebrate holidays. However, it does not include free access to concessionaire-fee sites: Beaver Creek, Call of the Canyon, Crescent Moon Ranch, Grasshopper Point, and state parks.
In addition to all these options, the Sedona Shuttle provides transportation from two Park and Ride lots to popular trailheads. Use their trip planner for directions to the Park & Ride locations where you can catch the shuttle.
