Program Management (PMB)
Objectives & Description:
- Demonstrate skills to effectively develop and implement a
Program Plan on participant home units.
Participants
draft a Program Plan covering goals, objectives, elements, personnel
development, budgeting, marketing, and tiering to Forest Plans.
Draft plan is handed in for review at end of workshop. Drafts
are only 2 to 5 pages and are reviewed throughout the week by
workshop cadre. Focus on motivating people to think programmatically.
Target audience is journey-level natural resource professionals
responsible for program development. Everyone is welcome - if
you think you don't fit the "target audience" but want
to attend, call or email us.

Dropping from the Workshop:
Tuition is low for this workshop consequently there is not much
leeway on letting people drop. If you are registered, check with
us first, just in case we have a waiting list. If there is not
a waiting list, you will need to find a substitute or pay fixed
costs. The budget has been set and spent based on current confirmation.

For those who have attended the original workshop (above). Individuals,
who have attended the original PMB workshop, return to PMB and continue
work on their Program Plan, receive personal help from instructors,
and participate in the PMB workshop as per their individual needs.
