Whitehorse Campground

19 sites are available in a shady campground next to Bucks Creek and close to Bucks Lake. The Bucks Creek Loop Trail runs through the campground and provides a nice place to hike. There are three equestrian campsites available (no corrals).

General Information
Directions:From downtown Quincy, take the Bucks lake Rd. for 17 miles. From Oroville, there are two routes. Take hwy 70 east through the Feather River Canyon to Quincy, then follow the Bucks Lake Rd. to the lake. or, from Orville, take Oroville Dam Blvd., turn right on Olive/Hwy 162 and follow it to the lake. This route is only open during the summer months after the road is plowed. Call ahead for road status.
