Overview of Site: 

Hike-in only on the Pacific Crest Trail from Alder Saddle.

Open to vehicles from Mill Creek Summit--high-clearance vehicles recommended. 

5,300' elevation. Campsites with picnic tables. Vault toilets. 

Campfire permit is required and may be obtained at any Forest Service office. *Seasonal spring may or may not have water, but if available treat water before use. Water flow may be low or non-existent levels due to reduced rainfall/drought.

Directions:

From the 210 Freeway in La Canada, go 28 miles north on CA 2, then 5.5 miles west of Three Points on the Santa Clara Divide Road (3N17) until the paved road ends.
