Boating Site: Mosquito Lakes
Mosquito Lake is a beautiful subalpine lake with good fishing in season. It is an ideal lake for canoeing. It has a paved parking area that holds 4 vehicles and a primitive boat ramp.
The dam is normally removed early fall and every year, and reinstalled early summer.

Directions
From the Ranger Station in Trout Lake, Washington go one mile to Trout Lake Creek Road and turn right. Continue on Trout Lake Creek Road until it crosses the Forest Boundary where it becomes Forest Road 88. Continue on Forest Road 88 to the Big Tire intersection. Then fork left onto Forest Road 8851. Travel 3 miles on 8851 to the lake. The entrance to the parking area is on the left.
