Bailey Cove Day Use Area
The Bailey Cove Day Use and Picnic area is located on the McCloud River Arm of Shasta Lake and has easy access on and off Interstate 5. To get there take the O'Brien/Shasta Caverns exit off Interstate 5, follow Shasta Caverns road for one mile to the Bailey Cove facility. This picnic area is part of the Bailey Cove recreation complex which includes the Bailey Cove campground and the Bailey Cove boat ramp.

Directions
From I 5, take exit 695 OBrien/Shasta Caverns exit. Turn right at end of off ramp. Continue along Shasta Caverns road for four tenths of a mile to the Bailey Cove junction on the right side of the road. Turn right and follow road about six tenths of a mile to the day use area on the left in the upper parking lot.
